To help facilitate your interest in
purchasing real estate in Bellaire
Michigan, let me provide you with some local and fun information about
the Bellaire area.
Are you tired of choking on toxic fumes? The
name, Bellaire, was given to our community because of the pure air
quality that we enjoy.
Bellaire Michigan is the county seat
in Antrim County. Bellaire is located in the heart of Antrim County's
Chain-of-Lakes and is surrounded by Intermediate Lake and Lake
Bellaire. Because of the many nearby lakes and rivers, Bellaire is the
perfect place to settle if you are a fan of fishing, boating or swimming. For
those of you who prefer to stay dry, Bellaire also hosts a number of different
parks and golf courses. Come August, Bellaire is home to the annual Rubber
Ducky Festival, which is principally a rock festival, but also offers a
variety of other activities in addition to the music.
For those of you who just can't get enough
of nature, you will be pleased to know that the Grass River Natural Area
is a nature preserve located in Bellaire. There are miles of trails that
visitors can hike to enjoy the beauty and peace of the wildlife habitats,
wetlands, rivers and creeks that are all a part of the Grass River Natural
Area. As you can imagine, the warmer months are a wonderful time of year to
spend in Bellaire Michigan. However, summer isn't the only time of year
to enjoy outdoor events in Bellaire. We also offer a number of activities that
you can enjoy in winter, including skiing, sledding, snowmobiling and ice
fishing. The aforementioned Grass River Natural Area also offers
snowshoeing and cross country skiing classes in the winter months.
Bellaire truly has everything a
nature lover could want, so check out my real
